The breakfast food was fantastic, with different choices like pastries and meats. the room was wonderful and elegant, with beautiful furniture, a large bathroom, and super comfortable beds. - the location was exceptional, with a quaint public park just a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Everything was amazing, the parking was nearby, the room was reasonably large. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, television and a mini bar fridge. The staff was exceptionally friendly and excellent and the host too. I came here for 2 nights and had a very nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Epoca in Ragusa. the hosts, Constanza and Maria, were attentive and discreet, making our experience enjoyable. the central yet quiet location in a beautiful palazzo was perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding region. the elegant and tasteful interior design extended to the delicious breakfast, which was prepared with the same attention to detail. We were impressed by the warm hospitality and would love to return in the future.

Absolutely nothing needs improvement - everything was perfect!

The hotel had a great location for our Christmas stay, near popular tourist sites and easy to drive to. The breakfast was a good mixture of sweet and savory foods, and the bed was comfortable. the host was welcoming and provided us with information on local attractions.

The hotel was not as clean as we expected. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and the sheets on the bed had stains.

Every morning, we started the day with a scrumptious breakfast on the lovely terrace, and enjoyed our coffee as we marveled at the enchanting view of the city. the location is ideal, with close proximity to a number of top, of, the, line restaurants, beautiful gardens.

Nothing is perfect.

Ibla's hidden gem! This palace-turned-hotel exceeded all expectations. Impeccably clean rooms, comfortable beds, and jaw-dropping bathrooms. The breakfast featured delicious local treats. The hosts were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions. The location was perfect, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The terrace offered stunning views and the electric bicycles provided a unique and adventurous way to explore the city. The neighborhood had a charming, movie-like ambiance. this stay was mind-blowing and has set the standard for future travels.

The breakfast offered was complimentary and delicious, with a great variety of options. the hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and sights nearby. We also appreciated the mini-bar in the room, which made it easy to have a quick snack or drink when we needed it.

Our Thanksgiving experience was ruined by the poor service from the hotel staff. They were unresponsive to our requests and seemed disinterested in helping us.
